In theory, they work toward complementary outcomes. In practice, this combination is used by people in clinical wellness settings seeking to optimize body composition during GLP-1 treatment.

BPC-157 + TB-500 + GLP-1

The classic BPC-157/TB-500 combination for tissue repair and inflammation alongside GLP-1, used primarily by people who are also doing resistance training and want to support recovery from training while on a calorie-restricted GLP-1 protocol.

No formal clinical trials have examined the combination of research peptides with GLP-1 medications. All stacking protocols are based on theoretical mechanisms and anecdotal reports rather than controlled human research.

Potential Interactions to Consider

Because formal interaction data does not exist, potential interactions are inferred from mechanisms. CJC-1295/Ipamorelin's growth hormone stimulation could theoretically interact with the insulin-sensitizing effects of GLP-1 — the growth hormone-raising effect could partially offset GLP-1's insulin sensitivity improvements.
