Welcome to ShedPilot, a health and fitness application operated by Source Dominion LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShedPilot mobile application (the "App"), our website at shedpilot.com, and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ShedPilot App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Source Dominion LLC. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create a ShedPilot account and use the App. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. However, certain features — including subscription billing, Clinical Pro features, and telehealth referrals — require you to be at least 18 years of age.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may only use ShedPilot with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for such minor's use of the Service.
Access to the Clinical Pro subscription tier, including GLP-1 consultation referrals and telehealth features, is restricted to users who are:
The Service is intended for users located in the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in other locations. Accessing the Service from outside the United States is at your own risk and may be subject to local laws and regulations.
To access most features of ShedPilot, you must create an account. You may register using:
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information — including false age or location information for the purpose of accessing restricted features — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
Source Dominion LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We reserve the right to disable any account at our sole discretion if we believe security has been compromised.
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, access multiple free trials, or for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited.
ShedPilot offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly through your Apple App Store account:

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes as determined by Apple at the time of purchase.
ShedPilot may offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The free trial is available only to users who have not previously subscribed to ShedPilot and have not previously used a free trial offer. Only one free trial per Apple ID is permitted.
All ShedPilot subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed through your Apple App Store account at the then-current subscription price.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple (on behalf of Source Dominion LLC) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your explicit confirmation for each renewal, until you cancel.
You may cancel your ShedPilot subscription at any time through your Apple App Store subscription settings:
Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period. ShedPilot does not process cancellations directly — all subscription management is handled exclusively through Apple.
All subscription purchases and in-app purchases are processed and managed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. Source Dominion LLC does not process payments or issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple through the following channels:
Apple's refund policy governs all such requests, and Source Dominion LLC has no authority to override or guarantee Apple's refund decisions.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice (which may include an in-app notification, email, or notice via the App Store). Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
In addition to subscription plans, ShedPilot may offer one-time in-app purchases for additional features, content, or services ("IAP"). All IAP are processed through the Apple App Store using your Apple ID payment method. Once completed, IAP are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.
Virtual goods, credits, or content purchased within the App have no monetary value outside of the App, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real money or other consideration. Source Dominion LLC reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove IAP items at any time.
From time to time, ShedPilot may distribute promotional offer codes that grant access to subscription plans at a discounted price or for a limited free trial period. Offer codes are subject to the following conditions:
After a promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the standard rate unless you cancel before the promotional period expires.
The content provided through ShedPilot — including but not limited to meal plans, calorie targets, nutritional information, workout plans, exercise instructions, progress analytics, and any other health-related information — is provided for informational and general wellness purposes only. This content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional (such as a physician, registered dietitian, or licensed nutritionist) before:
ShedPilot is not a medical device as defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority. The App has not been reviewed, cleared, or approved by the FDA for any medical purpose.
Source Dominion LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility for any adverse effects, health complications, injuries, or damages arising from your use of or reliance on information provided through the App.
ShedPilot is not designed to respond to health emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on ShedPilot in an emergency situation.
The Clinical Pro subscription tier provides access to certain enhanced features, including GLP-1 medication consultation referrals and telehealth referrals. These features are provided in partnership with Virtual Psychiatric Care, an independent licensed healthcare provider and partner clinic.
ShedPilot's GLP-1 consultation feature facilitates a referral to Virtual Psychiatric Care, an independent licensed medical practice. By using this feature, you understand and acknowledge that:
Virtual Psychiatric Care is an independent licensed healthcare provider and is not owned, operated, controlled, or employed by Source Dominion LLC. Virtual Psychiatric Care operates under its own terms of service, privacy practices (including HIPAA), and clinical standards. Source Dominion LLC is not responsible or liable for any clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, adverse events, or errors made by Virtual Psychiatric Care or its clinicians.
Any medical or clinical relationship you establish through Virtual Psychiatric Care referrals is solely between you and Virtual Psychiatric Care. Source Dominion LLC is not a party to that relationship.
Clinical Pro telehealth features, including GLP-1 consultation referrals, are currently available only in the following states:
This list is subject to change. Clinical Pro features may be discontinued or added in specific states at any time based on regulatory requirements, licensing, or partner availability. If you reside in a non-qualifying state, you may still subscribe to Clinical Pro for its other premium features, but telehealth referral features will not be accessible.
Clinical Pro telehealth features are not emergency services. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
ShedPilot uses artificial intelligence technology — specifically OpenAI GPT-4.1 — to generate personalized meal plans, workout plans, food diary suggestions, and other health and fitness content. The App also uses AI to analyze food photos taken with your camera for nutritional estimation purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content in ShedPilot:
The AI food photo scanning feature uses your device camera and AI image recognition to estimate the nutritional content of food items. These estimates are approximations only and may not accurately reflect actual nutritional values. Calorie and macronutrient estimates from photo scanning should not be used for medically prescribed calorie-controlled diets without verification by a qualified professional.
You are responsible for evaluating whether AI-generated content is appropriate for your individual circumstances. We strongly encourage you to consult a registered dietitian, nutritionist, or physician before making significant dietary or exercise changes based on AI-generated recommendations.
"User Content" means any information, text, photos, images, data, messages, or other material you submit, post, upload, or transmit through the Service, including but not limited to food diary entries, progress photos, community posts, chat messages, workout logs, and profile information.
By submitting User Content, you grant Source Dominion LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such User Content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and all activity on your account. You represent and warrant that:
ShedPilot includes social features such as a community feed, friends system, in-app chat, achievements, and nudges. When using these features, you agree to treat other users with respect and dignity. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or any conduct that harms or demeans others will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Source Dominion LLC reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove, modify, or refuse to post any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, is otherwise objectionable, or may expose us or our users to legal liability.
You agree that you will not use the Service for any of the following purposes:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service, and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.
The ShedPilot App, website, and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the software code, algorithms, user interface design, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and AI models (to the extent proprietary) — are owned by Source Dominion LLC and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary rights.
The "ShedPilot" name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Source Dominion LLC. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior written consent.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Source Dominion LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other input regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Source Dominion LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
With your explicit permission, ShedPilot may read the following data types from Apple HealthKit:
ShedPilot does not write to HealthKit. Data is read only for the purposes of populating your dashboard, tracking activity, and generating personalized health and fitness insights within the App.
ShedPilot commits to the following restrictions on HealthKit data, in compliance with Apple's requirements:
You may revoke ShedPilot's access to your Apple HealthKit data at any time through your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → ShedPilot. Revoking access will disable HealthKit-related features within the App but will not affect other functionality.
ShedPilot integrates with various third-party services to provide certain features. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that your use of these features is also subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of these third parties.

Third-party services are subject to change. We will update this list as our integrations evolve. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party services you interact with through ShedPilot.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOURCE DOMINION LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL SOURCE DOMINION LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SOURCE DOMINION LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Source Dominion LLC, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Source Dominion LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact Source Dominion LLC at help@shedpilot.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days, you may proceed to binding arbitration as described below.
EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS THAT MAY BE BROUGHT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR CONTROVERSIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, rather than in court, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The arbitration will be conducted in Fulton County, Georgia, or by telephone/video conference if agreed by the parties. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs, except as otherwise required by law.
YOU AND SOURCE DOMINION LLC EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or other irreparable harm.
You may opt out of binding arbitration by sending written notice to help@shedpilot.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your full name, account email address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 16, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for the resolution of such disputes. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscriptions.
